This is the story and distilled knowledge of how I tried and practiced Journaling through different stages of my personal and professional life by testing many different approaches and finally found the journaling method that worked for me. This is the story of how Journaling kept me sane through the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, allowed me to get out of debt, face my fears and anxiety with money and finances and also lose 20 lbs on the way.

 

My personal journaling method is a unique blend of disciplines and techniques borrowed from multiple disciplines like Strategic Planning, Lean Startup, Personal Productivity, Mindfulness and Goal Settings. After reading many books in all these areas and working in professional consulting for 20+ years, I found that this combination of ideas, concepts, practices and rituals work perfectly and accelerate productivity tremendously.

 

What is the journaling method that worked for me? I am happy to share it with you, but most likely the best method that works for you will be different from mine. What I want you to share and for you to get out of these pages is how you can implement and personalize the very basic concepts and patterns behind Journaling to create a system that works for you. In the end, the system you feel comfortable and stick with (whatever that is) is the one that will make you successful.
